Before calling a contractor:

  • Valley View recommends that you get bids from several contractors before you make your final selection.
  • Health Department regulations require that you pump and fill your septic tank upon connection to sewers. The Side Sewer Contractor will include this in his bid if requested.
  • The District recommends that you discuss property restoration with the Side Sewer Contractor to make sure the job is done to your satisfaction.
  • A Side Sewer permit is required prior to work being started.
