The Boulevard Park Project is a district extension that aims to provide sanitary sewer service to more than 70 lots around the 1200 and 1400 blocks near S 124th St in Burien. More than 11,000 feet of pipe and over a dozen manholes have been proposed to improve the water quality and development opportunities in this area. Administered by the Department of Commerce, a Local Community Project has awarded significant grant funding for the design and construction of these sewers.
This work is projected to begin in the spring or summer of 2023.
