VALLEY VIEW SEWER DISTRICT’S OFFICE HOURS ARE CHANGING
Office Hours are currently 8am to 5pm. Beginning September 1st, our office will be closing at 4:30pm.
A lunch closure will take place every business day at 12:00-12:30pm.
After Hours Sewer Related Emergencies
The District is prepared to respond to sewer related emergencies 24 hours a day. If you are experiencing an after hours sewer related emergency, please call the AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY CONTACT, 206-501-8158

North Boulevard Park Sewer Project Update
The 5th Ave S North Boulevard Park Sewer Extension Project is scheduled to begin in October. Phase one of the extension went out to bid on July 29th, a contractor was awarded the project on August 4th. View the presentation and the project areas here.
The public meeting for the 8th Ave S and S 116th St Sewer Extension was March 17th. We are taking comments and hearing from homeowners in the area. View the project area and presentation here.
Boulevard Park District Extension construction is underway and nearing completion.

Billing Questions & Account Updates
We request all non-sewer related emergency calls leave a message in our general voicemail. Please leave your name, service address, and your contact information, and we will return your call as soon as possible. The District phone number is 206-242-3236. Follow prompts for Billing. An email inbox for billing questions is valvue@valleyviewsewer.org. For Permitting and Inspection needs, please call 206-242-3236 or email valvue@valleyviewsewer.org. Our team will continue to review and issue permits electronically and will be available to meet with our customers and contractors with scheduled appointments.
You may pay your sewer bill by US Mail, by phone, by auto-pay, online, or in-person by dropping off your payment in the drop box located near the flag pole in our parking lot. https://www.valleyviewsewer.org/customers/billing/
