Effective March 23, 2020, the District will not add late fees to sewer bills that are due at the end of this month. The District will review this practice for future sewer billing cycles. Staff is prepared to answer your billing questions and will establish payment arrangements to prevent past-due account balances. If you need further assistance, please follow this link to find out more information about the District’s Utility Assistance program
Permitting & Inspections
Governor Inslee has issued Proclamation 20-23, pertaining to Utility Ratepayer Assistance and Preservation of Essential Services. Valley View Sewer District is committed to keeping our customers connected to essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic emergency. If you are experiencing hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be eligible for support, including long-term payment arrangements or bill assistance. This proclamation does not relieve customers from the obligation to pay for utility services
For Permitting and Inspection needs, please call 206-242-3236 or email valvue@valleyviewsewer.org. Our team will continue to review and issue permits electronically and will be available to meet with our customers and contractors with scheduled appointments.
The actions we are taking are intended to protect the health of our community and employees. Our team wants to thank you for your support and patience while the District follows Proclamation 20-23 to the best of its abilities.
